Plamen Denchev is a former member of Bulgarian Energy Regulator(SWERC), Executive Director of electricity distribution Gorna oryahovitsa PLC, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of E.ON Bulgaria Networks PLC, Chairman of the Committee of Energy in the National Assembly.

Nuclear Power Energy in Bulgaria
Yordan Kostadinov is well known energy expert and manager. He has graduated Technical University - Sofia and "D. A. Tsenov" Academy of Economics in Svishtov. From 1979 to 2004 he worked in "Kozloduy" nuclear power plant. In the period 2001-2004 he was Executive Director of "Kozloduy" NPP. He was manager of the international consortiums for modernization of units 1-4 and later for units 5 and 6 in "Kozloduy" NPP. He has been deputy-chairman of WANO - Moscow Centre.
He was Member of Parliament in the 40-th National Assembly.

Nikolay Pavlov Graduated Sofia Technical University in Bulgaria and obtained master degree in „Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering". He has over 30 years experience in Gas & Power area in Bulgaria and abroad. Founder, shareholder and manager of investment companies. He has specialization in industrial and commercial management in the British gas industry. He is a former gas commissioner in Bulgarian State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (SEWRC).
